Not quite as fresh as last time, but Fontenay market provided our second batch of oysters… Washed down with lemon juice and white wine this time – and opened with a proper knife!

oh, Richard,this is just the one thing I really can not eat!I get so sick just thinking of it…..;-)
You just have to not look at it and not think about it! They are not really all that exciting, though I am glad I tried them so now I know what all the fuss is about!
